2023 - Adjustment of Granite Countertop for New Sink, Tyresö
The client had struggled for years to replace a damaged ceramic sink, as the granite countertop opening did not fit any other sink on the market. They then asked us to remove the old sink and cut the granite countertop. Our warranty was limited, but we performed the work together with the client. We cut a few centimeters of stone from two sides. The client was able to collaborate and follow each step. We replaced the sink, installed a new faucet, and after years of issues, the client could finally use the sink again – without replacing the entire U-shaped granite countertop. The client was eligible for ROT deduction.

2021 – Kitchen Tiling, Årsta
The client replaced the kitchen themselves and asked us to tile about 2.5 sqm. They purchased the tiles and all necessary materials using our shopping list. They also rented the right tools based on our recommendations, and we tiled together. The clients, a young couple, cut the tiles themselves, and we did the work together. Our tasks included leveling the wall, calculating tile placement, tiling, grouting, and applying silicone. The client handled the cleaning. Our happy client saved about 40% in labor costs and was eligible for ROT deduction.

2020 – Living Room Wall Renovation, Årsta
The client wanted to renovate the living room walls as they were unhappy with the result after renovating the rest of the apartment themselves. As the couple was expecting a baby within a month, they were unsure if they could finish in time. Initially, they thought of just applying filler over the wallpaper, but we recommended removing about 70%. The clients handled wallpaper removal, patching holes, and applying primer themselves. We took over the wide-spreading and sanding—more precise tasks—as well as painting and fine carpentry, which we also did in other parts of the apartment. The clients cleaned with a rented vacuum cleaner. And the newborn came home to a fresh living room. They were eligible for ROT deduction.
